We’re Stitch Patches. A small but mighty team based in Canada, making custom patches that actually feel custom.

We started this because we noticed something. Ordering patches was way harder than it needed to be. Long wait times, confusing options, patch quality that didn’t match the mockup… you get the idea. So, we decided to do it differently.

Our 12 Step Quality Check Process

Every patch we send out goes through 12 checks. Here’s how we make sure your patches look great and last long

STEP 1

We Check Your Design

Before we start, our team looks at your design to ensure it works well as a patch.

STEP 2

We Match the Colors

We pick the thread colours that match your design as closely as possible so everything looks just right.

STEP 3

We Prep the Stitch File

Your design is turned into a file for our machines. Then ,we double-check it to make sure it’s ready to stitch cleanly.

STEP 4

We Check the Fabric

We only use clean, smooth material. If the fabric has any marks or issues, we don’t use it.

STEP 5

We Do a Test Stitch

We stitch one patch first to make sure everything looks good before we make the rest.

STEP 6

We Look at the Edges

We check that the edges of your patch are neat, even, and sealed properly so they won’t fall apart.

STEP 7

We apply the backing

Whether it’s iron-on, Velcro, or sew-on, we make sure the backing is strong and ready to stick.

STEP 8

We Feel the Patch

We touch each patch to check that it feels smooth and that the raised parts (if any) are done right.

STEP 9

We Compare to the Mockup

We look at the finished patch and your approved design side by side to make sure they match.

STEP 10

We Measure the Size

We check that your patch is the right size and shape—no wonky cuts or weird sizing.

STEP 11

We Do a Final Check

We take one last close look at each patch. It doesn’t go in the box if it’s not up to our standards.

STEP 12

We Pack with Care

Once everything is good to go, we carefully count and pack your patches so they arrive safe and ready to use.
